This place was very mediocre, I have no idea how they have a 4.6 rating.

The bread we were served was so stale that the inner part was as hard as the crust. Thankfully they were nice enough to give us fresh bread after we complained. The olive oil they serve with the bread is pretty nice.

We got aperol and campari spritzers for €5 which were quite good and quite well priced.

The portion size of the food is quite small for the price point and the quality does not make up for it. The food was not bad, however we waited 40 minutes for our main course. I had the cuttlefish ink spaghetti and my partner had the salmon gnocchi. They were both good, however nothing special. They were very stingy with the fish on my plate. The portion size of the gnocchi was tiny.

I have seen people mention that the atmosphere is romantic on the reviews and I have no idea where this is coming from. The garden is flooded with bright white fairy lights and it does not look nice or romantic at all.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. There are so many nicer restaurants around, please...

--Service--

The staff is very friendly and they have the best sense of humor too. The service was swift and well regarding the food and drinks as well. Our food were brought to us in under 10 minutes and they were prepared very well.

--Cost--

Although the atmosphere of the restaurant was very well and the food was delicious, the cost was reasonable and standard. A carbonara was 15€, the vien pizza was 12€ and the prices are around this range if you don't get some pompous stuff like pasta with lobster.

--Atmosphere--

Great and looks like an expensive restaurant, yet somehow the prices are good.

--Food--

There are various foods with local ingredients. My friend got cuttlefish inked pasta and he said it was different and great. We also got fried calamari for the table and it was delicious as a side dish. The pizza that we ordered was also well done and it was filled generously with...

Waiters were okay - kind and gentle, professional. Place is quite nice, maybe a bit too much small lights on the outside terrace.

We hoped for some nice seafood and (to my disappointment) meat. Spaghetti fruti di mare was average at best, pasta was very salty and overcooked, there was not much of a seafood… 1 prawn and 3 small pieces of a fish, especially for 18€ is a bit low. Few days ago in Sirolo we had awesome pasta, full of seafood for like 12€, it was awesome. Here average at best, wouldnt order again.

The meat though… shortly it was the worst beaf steak i ever had… and I ate it many times in many different places, also in my own kitchen made by my own hands. The beaf quality was low, it was overcooked and not pleasant to eat.

Overall i would not recommend, picking up random margharita anywhere around the city would probably be good idea.

Bruschetta was very good and...

Sadly it was a rainy night when we went but I would have loved to sat outside, the twinkle lights really make this place so cute. We had an early dinner (very long travel day) and by the time we left this place was packed and we understand why. The food was outstanding. I went with my husband and our 13 year old son. We shared the Bruschetta, Beef carpaccio and Smoked goose breast (which was just amazing). For our mains we had the Creamy salmon gnocchi (which was mine and I will dream about it for years), Spaghetti carbonara (we shared but then wished we had gotten the one with Squid Ink), Grilled salmon (this was just okay, not much flavour) Beef fillet with porcini mushrooms (this was melt in your mouth beef!). We were to stuffed for sweets after dinner, sadly. Don't eat here if you are in a hurry, enjoy it, take your time and have fun.
