Best ice cream in Venice! Like a boutique. It is located directly to Rialto, and It is worth to get there for ice by all means. We have enjoyed ice with the whole family, - good selection of ice, Crema Venchi is a special one, very tasty! You get also a piece of Venchi chocolate o top! Venchi Staff is very helpful and polite. My son lost his ice (was melting outside and felt down) and Lucia was very friendly and kindness, and gave him a new one in a cup (safe against melting ;)) Many thanks to @Venchi Rialto, for great ice and excellent service! keep it up! And@Venchi Management - 5 stars for motivated and client oriented approach! We will definitely come once again, when visiting...

The prices are also great: a large cone with four scoops for just 6€ is an amazing deal, especially considering the premium ingredients. I had a disappointing experience at this gelateria. My friends and I decided to visit for some ice cream, especially since Google listed your closing time as 11:30 PM. We arrived at 11:03 PM, well within the posted hours. However, as we entered, the staff rudely informed us that the shop was closed, saying "finito" with an ironic tone and without even a simple "hello" or "ciao."

To make matters worse, there were still three customers inside, one of whom was dancing around in a way that seemed out of place for an ice cream shop. We were left feeling unwelcome and disappointed by the unprofessional behavior...
