Cafe Noir was a bit of a strange place. I ended up in there looking for somewhere to enjoy a few more drinks towards the end of the night and if that's what you are looking for then it does the job.
The list of food and cocktails is extensive and probably too many to be honest. The cocktails tasted ok but were pretty sweet and packed a lot of booze in there. They were also served with about kg of fruit on top was was slightly overkill but I'm guessing part of the show. Service was very quick and prices were really reasonable.

Read moreNon-pretentious and very affordable. You almost miss this bar if you aren’t watching for it. That said, the food was a step above pub fare and it was tasty. The drinks were very affordable. And the staff spoke English.
No idea why this pops up as a gay bar though. Very much just your typical pub-meets-sports-bar in Venice. We didn’t see any signs of anything gay while we were there.
