If you are a tourist, theres not much reason why you’d walk to this part of Venice. On this occasion, I bought a “too good to go”, when i arrived on the dot, the server told me theres nothing left and canceled my order on the spot. I walked about 20mins to this place and they could have canceled my order earlier. I was warned by many that the locals tend to be rude to tourists, so this establishment probably is the perfect example of that.
I told the server politely that I walked a long way to get here and he could have communicated this earlier via the app. What he said later was shocking. He said: what do you expect? You paid £4 for something that cost £20. So this server probably isn’t very well trained and this shows you how poorly run this place is.
Not even an apology, instead shaming me for purchasing a “too good to go”. In the country where I’m from, this server will lose his job the next...

The calzone was amazing, and my daughter had a hamburger that was on a perfectly toasted brioche bun. Their American chocolate chip cookie was incredible. This place knows how to bake, no doubt. Clean bathrooms were a bonus. Another sign it was good, the place was full of locals, and apparently they...
