A friend and I recently ate here for dinner while we were visiting Verona, and it was some of the best and most interesting pizza I've ever had. I've lived on and off in Italy for a while and the pizza here is an interesting different kind of crust.-very artiginale. There are three different types of crusts one can choose depending upon the toppings you're getting. I had a gluten-free vegetarian pizza which was phenomenal and the crust itself was crisp, not what I would expect from gluten-free at all because it was fantastic! Pizzas run between €15 and €19 and they're worth every penny. These are not tiny pizzas by any means and the amount of ingredients on top of each was enough that we each had to take a third of our pizzas home to eat for breakfast the next day. We also had a really decent wine by the glass and enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. It's definitely a place where families and locals eat and while it is elegant, it is not stuffy. I highly recommend eating here. You will not find these specific kinds of pizza anywhere else and the toppings are...

They offer different mixes of flour for the base and they are very clever about when they add toppings that might leak moisture and put the base at peril. The range of toppings is superb but the base is the star. These guys really know how to make pizza. To date my best simple pizza was in San Francisco but it couldn't hold a candle to these guys. Naples should hang its head in shame. Not expensive either. Book and go or...
Read moreI am not gluten free, but if you are their pizzas are top notch. They do not fortunately have pastas that are gluten free, but that being said everything there is of really good quality and good for the price, we had the truffle risotto as well and that was fantastic. The waiters were attentive and very accommodating to our questions and super great atmosphere over all. They are next to Salvatore and I have to say they are doing well to serving high quality pizzas next to them. Since this is not a completely gluten free please be aware that there may be cross...
