TUDAY CONAD — Local services in Verona

Honestly speaking it is terrible ! I have to do grocery shopping every week there cause it is the closest option to my home ! There is a very rude old lady working there who even doesn’t know how to be polite and nice to costumers ! For such a place in the center of verona it is a pity that such an anxious woman with negative energy works there ! I literally go there every week and said ciao to her many times without receiving any responses ! She is a cashier like it or lump it u will see her many times ! I was once with my scooter and rather than saying nicely I cannot park my electronic scooter there she behaved so rudely and when she understood I got shocked she tried to apologise but what does it worth when you ruin somebody’s pride and then say oh scusa !? Writing such a review may cause the responsabile people see and make a change in the management of the store !!!!!! We want to do grocery shopping in a calm way so don’t make us come angrily to ur store with such a bad-tempered staff !!!!!

Sinceramente parlando è terribile! Devo fare la spesa ogni settimana perché è l'opzione più vicina a casa mia! C'è una vecchia signora molto scortese che lavora lì che non sa nemmeno come essere educata e gentile con i clienti! Per un posto così nel centro di verona è un peccato che una donna così ansiosa con energia negativa ci lavori! Ci vado letteralmente ogni settimana e le ho detto ciao molte volte senza ricevere alcuna risposta! Lei è una cassiera piace o no, la vedrai molte volte! Ero una volta con il mio scooter e invece di dire gentilmente non posso parcheggiare il mio scooter elettronico lì si è comportata in modo così scortese e quando ha capito che sono rimasta scioccata ha cercato di scusarsi ma cosa vale quando rovini l'orgoglio di qualcuno e poi dici oh scusa!? Scrivere una recensione del genere può far sì che le persone responsabili vedano e apportino un cambiamento nella gestione del negozio!!!!!! Vogliamo fare la spesa con calma quindi non farci venire con rabbia nel tuo negozio con un personale così...

This Conad is a traditional convenience/supermarket, with cashiers and self checking. Good selection of products, and the ability to weigh out your own veg, rather than all prepackaged. Isles are narrow, and it is generally busy, and waits for the checkout can be longer than expected, though new self check has eased the situation some. Good meat counter, and friendly staff make this a pleasant enough experience. Booze and snack...

Good and vast choice of products but very long queues (why do you even have one self-service cash desk if you never open it?? It is always “not working”). Also why do I have to pay another 10 cents to get a substitute grocery bag if the first one you gave me lost its hand seconds after I put three products in it :(

UPD it got renovated so it’s good now! At least 3 or 4 cash desks...
