L'Oste Scuro — Restaurant in Verona

I am very picky when it comes to Seafood. But in the city I currently live I can only get raw fish such as tuna, kingfish, and salmon, which were all once frozen. I originally wanted to find a good sushi restaurant but couldn't find any place I was convinced. So I was very happy to find this restaurant and enjoy all rich flavors of local fish. The seasoning is carefully done so that you can fully taste good ingredients. When I booked this restaurant, I wasn't sure if I can get good seafood in Verona. I was thinking Venice would offer better seafood. That was simply WRONG!! The quality of seafood I had in Venice is not comparable to this one! If you are a seafood lover, you will find that the seafood dishes here are so much superior to most of Sushi you will find in majority of Europe. It is not cheap but it was totally worthy for me. This out of the way restaurant is a gem. The seafood is fresh, unique and put together creatively. The wine lists pairs beautifully with the menu.

Highly recommended for not only all fish and seafood lovers but also everyone really. Even if you think you do not like fish, after trying their delicious dishes you might realize that that was not true and you simply had not had a chance to try properly cooked fish before.
