Supermercato Eurospar Manin — Local services in Verona

I want to complain about the service at EUROSPAR Via D.Manin, 7 Verona. Yesterday 30/05/2025 , I bought 1 juice and 1 pear with total to pay 3.88EURO. I already paid at one of the self-service checkouts, however, there was an error and the machine did not give me the receipt with QR code to get out of the shop. I told a staff that i already paid but the machine did not print the receipt, however, she said I need to pay at another self-service checkout, I did not have a choice but to pay it again to get the receipt, after that I checked my bank statement and showed the lady at INFO that there were two payments for one receipt and I want them to cancel one , however, they said that I do not need to worry, that the bank blocked 2 payments, but only one will be proceed and I should wait 24 hours. This city centre supermarket is excellent. Great access with parking underneath if required. Fruit and veg selection is better than most of the city centre convenience stores as you can weigh your own rather than pre packaged. Pricing much of a muchness compared to the others in town such as Migross/Pam etc. don't be put off by appearances from outside. There is a second level downstairs served by a moving escalator ramp.Check out can be slower if at a busy time but there are self serve lanes, a great place to get rid of all that change you have accumulated! Eurospar is an excellent supermarket with various and sundry necessities of life. If you need something they probably have it. There is a good specialty food selection for expats. Mexican can be food here! There is a good selection of fresh vegetables and fruit and some good cheese and meat.
