Taverna 4 e dueterzi strikes a rare balance: refined yet relaxed, creative but rooted. It's clear from the first bite that the kitchen takes flavor seriously while still having a bit of fun with the presentation and combinations.

The La scarpetta, a bao filled with pulled duck ragout and served with a parmesan sauce, was smart, savory, and genuinely satisfying. The Polpo e patate, featuring octopus from Puglia and crisp mille-feuille-style potatoes with paprika mayo, was perfectly cooked and plated with care, delivering both texture and depth.

We also tried The Blonde, an omelette with brie and chives that was silky and rich-comfort food with a twist. The risotto with asparagus, goji berries, and smoked butter surprised us in the best way. It leaned into subtlety, letting the ingredients speak without overcomplicating the dish. The cannelloni with ricotta, spinach, and pecorino offered a creamy counterpoint, finished with a delicate béchamel that didn't weigh it down.

For dessert, the tiramisu was massive and indulgent without being too sweet, while the panpepato, dense with nuts and dark spice-was a firm, grown-up finish.

Service was relaxed but attentive, and the no-cover-charge pricing structure makes you feel like you're paying for what matters: the food. This place isn't chasing trends, it's quietly setting its...

Small restaurant very nicely designed, with lots of thoughts and unique. There is some public parking space in front that maybe fits 4 cars.

The owner is very friendly and makes the food with fresh ingredients. This is something that one can also taste. Everything he offers seems to be organic. The taste is also great. I had the tomatoe soup and a sandwich. I generally can eat a lot, and this filled my belly well. The choices are fairly limited of what to order, but I guess this is not a bad thing, as what he cooks, he cooks very well.

I can...

I totally recommend this place! I went with my family, a family of four (two kids and two adults) and ordered a lot of different tapas to try. Each one of them was great! The owner of the restaurant was very welcoming and personally gave us our food. All of the dishes were fresh and so delicious. The cheese we ordered, and even the bread were especially good. The atmosphere was welcoming and nice. It’s a very nice place in Vicenza if you are looking for a quick stop for food. I hope more people can come to this place!
