Lovely, family-run trattoria. There's a neat but not overwhelming selection of dishes from classic staples like gnocchi Sorrentina or Parmigiana to rarer recipes like Genovese Di Tonno. I went with a mixed seafood starter (€18) and the aforementioned Parmigiana (€7). While parmigiana was very much tasty, with a neat crust developed and tender aubergines, it was the plentiful mixed starter that was the real showstopper. It once again combined well-known and beloved flavours (in this case, octopus salad) with more novel inventions like prawns in carrots or seafood take on a caponata. The five different samplers that were provided were not bitesize portions either, so I easily imagine a person can be satisfied just with such an appetiser. So expect rather larger portions of food that is either good, very good or exceptional (as was the case for some of the appetisers).

There's also a succinct but interesting selection of local wines available, as well as other drinks at good prices (water for €2, espresso for a single euro). The fact that terrace seating provides an enchanting vista only adds to the experience. Definitely...

A Hidden Gem on the Amalfi Coast! Nestled in the charming town of Vietri sul Mare, Lamè Trattoria offers a cozy, family-run dining experience that blends tradition with creativity. With just a few tables and an intimate atmosphere, it’s the kind of place where you feel like a guest in someone’s home—especially with the warm hospitality from Benito and the team.

The menu celebrates local seafood and classic Campanian flavors, with standout dishes like paccheri con polipetti alla Luciana, spaghetti alle vongole, and a mixed seafood grill that’s both generous and beautifully balanced.

The dining room is embraced by natural rock walls, creating a unique and rustic elegance. It’s perfect for a romantic dinner or a relaxed evening with friends & family. On busy weekends, expect some street noise from cars heading to the beach—but it’s all part of the coastal charm.

Lamè Trattoria isn’t just a meal—it’s a memory. Whether you’re a local or a traveler, it’s a must-visit for anyone craving authentic flavors and heartfelt...

My husband and I came to this family owned restaurant on our second night in Vietri, and wished we had on our first because we also dined here for our third (and last dinner) in Vietri. The food is delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. You would want to try each dish during your time there! We really enjoyed the calamari, spaghetti with seafood, gnnochi, and eggplant parmigiana. The family (cooks and servers) are kind and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Our server, unfortunately do not know his name, even gave us some suggestions for a beach trip and lunch, which were both great. Call ahead and they will reserve you a spot, do not miss this place! Grazia for the...

We had a great dinner in this restaurant. The locals recommend it and the prices are more reasonable even if it's an expensive area in general. We ordered the pasta vongole with the chickpeas and it was very creamy and delicious with sweetness from the clams. We also took the pasta with the octopus and it was ok but the octopus was a bit overcooked and didn't seem very fresh. As an appetizer we took the parmigiana that was superb and the mixed plate with several nice items where the potatoe and calamari was the highlight together with the octopus salad. The service was good but the ambience of the restaurant could for sure be improved and made a bit warm and cosy. Overall I recommend!
