Low effort, old but delicious. There were a few red flags when my wife and I approached this place: owner standing outside and no customers (it was a bit early by Italian standards 19:30) but we were starving from a day trip up Mt Etna and it was next to our B&B. The waiter was aloof and disinterested. The cook was on his phone most of the time (hygiene concerns here) but the food was cooked well and delicious. my husband and I had the BEST dinner here!! The pasta is as fresh as it gets, cooked perfectly, and the flavors in the sauces are unbelievable. Truly the best Carbonara either of us have ever had.
