Interesting building and good to see the inside of the former residence upstairs too. Tours every 30 min with a guide but everything is in Japanese with very little information available in English. This brewery is very cool on its own, great sake sampling with a friendly owner who gives a tour himself. He does not know a lot of English but this doesn't let it stop him from trying to convey the process behind making Sake and the differences between the different kinds.
