I've found this shop accidentally and I'm so happy for having lunch here. The sashimi is so delicious and some of them are rarely seen in other countries. The staff are so nice and willing to help us. Great service and great food here.

Staff are very nice to offer help. Food didn’t amaze us and were a little pricey compared to restaurants nearby. Selection’s good enough offering a big menu. Okay if you ran out of meal ideas or where to visit, just didn’t wow us.

旭川で極上寿司を堪能！何を食べても最高の一貫

旭川の名店「寿司ニ幸本店」へ。今回はアラカルトで好きなネタを注文。どれも鮮度抜群で、職人の技が光る一貫ばかりだった。

カウンターで味わう寿司は、やはり格別。ネタの厚みやシャリの握り加減が絶妙で、一口ごとに感動。北海道ならではの新鮮な魚介を堪能できるのが嬉しい。

特に印象に残ったのは、脂ののったトロ、濃厚なウニ、ぷりぷりのボタンエビ。どれも素材の良さが際立ち、一切の妥協を感じさせないクオリティだった。

雰囲気も落ち着いていて、カウンター越しに職人さんとの会話を楽しめるのも魅力のひとつ。旬のおすすめを聞きながら注文するのも楽しい。

旭川で本当に美味しい寿司を食べたいなら、間違いなくここ。どれを頼んでも間違いなしの名店だった。
