I asked the restaurant a question via Instagram, but they didn’t reply. There’s no email contact listed on Google Maps. Is there no way to contact them other than by phone?
Additionally, their attitude made me feel as if they were mocking foreigners. When it came time to pay, they overcharged me. I ordered a ¥2,480 course, but suddenly the bill shot up to ¥5,000. 🙀When I questioned it, the staff removed some items like pickles, and the total became ¥3,000. 🤨Are the staff so unprofessional that they don’t even know the menu details? If customers don’t ask questions, does this restaurant just make money in this dishonest way?💢💢💢
