I arrived late at night, and the store was at about 50 percent capacity. We politely asked to be seated at a table, but the staff informed us that it was "reserved," so we reluctantly went to the bar to find seats. After ordering our ramen, it arrived fairly quickly, and we began to eat.

However, after just one bite, I encountered a half-defrosted piece of meat. It was an instant turn-off. I could feel the icy pieces stuck together because the broth wasn't hot enough to warm or break up the meat. To make matters worse, the flavor of the ramen was worse than at many of the poor ramen spots in Melbourne.

I had never been served defrosted meat at a restaurant where it hadn't even been attempted to be masked by cooking methods. As we were leaving, we noticed that more tables had emptied, and the so-called reserved seats were...

Worst restaurant in Atami! We queued for almost 1 hour during fireworks festival day, it’s very cold day only 5-6 degrees. Thanks to the Japanese couple🙏 But when we entered separately in 2 groups which 4 pax and 3 pax, he just leave us aside and then through the translation, MUST order a drink with a meal. It’s totally WASTE our time! Since you can translate, why not inform us everything when we’re in Queue?!! We have 1 baby Queue with us for 1 hour in freezing day !...
