We went there for coffee (as the name suggested!), but turns out you can’t order drinks alone — food is a must. Sadly, not a single vegan option on the menu, not even a simple Margherita pizza. The best (and worst) part? It’s fully self-service. No host, no one to ask for help. You order from a tablet on the table, but if you have allergy questions… good luck finding someone! You can Pay with credit cards, suica, rakuten pay. The time between ordering and the super cute robot bringing the food is quick. And greet you well too. We get the queue from reception machine and wait for so long without any staff recognizing even there are few customers in the restaurant. Order food from tablet is weird. After we ordered breakfast, the system asked us to add free flow drink bar at cost of 439yen so we decided not to order.
