熱海駅ビルにある「五味八珍」は、その便利な立地と共に、地元材料を活かした本格的な中華料理で知られています。この日は、ふとした旅の疲れを癒やすため、ランチタイムに訪れることにしました。 店内に足を踏み入れると、明るく清潔感のある内装が目を引きました。待ち時間もそれほど長くなく、スムーズに席に案内されます。接客はとても丁寧で、心地よい気持ちでメニューを眺めることができました。 注文したのは、店の推薦する「浜松餃子」と「五目あんかけソバ」。浜松餃子は一口サイズで食べやすく、外はカリッとして中はジューシーで、その美味しさには驚かされました。また、五目あんかけソバは具材がたっぷりと入っており、特に新鮮な野菜のシャキシャキ感が楽しめます。 ただ、ラーメンについては少し塩辛さが際立っており、個人的にはもう少し優しい味付けが好ましかったかもしれません。また、ビールを注文しましたが、料理が来るのに比べてやや待たされる場面もありました。 それでも、全体的に料理のクオリティは高く、特に「特選餃子」は見た目も美しく、その味わいには満足でした。ヘルシーな点も魅力の一つで、野菜たっぷりのメニューは女性客にも好評のようでした。 食後のコーヒーも香り高く、ゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができました。この日訪れた多くの客も、料理の味と接客の良さに満足そうな様子でした。 熱海での食事で、もし中華料理を楽しみたいと考えているなら、「五味八珍」は非常におすすめです。料理の美味しさはもちろん、スタッフの対応の良さもこのレストランの大きな魅力です。次回熱海に訪れた際も、ぜひ立ち寄りたいと思います。
