Highly recommended! This cozy restaurant specializes in delicious fresh Japanese set menu dishes. Another great dish is the kinmaru ramen with a straight-forward, smooth and balanced soup. We were told people line up outside just for the ramen, and we can believe it. The chef worked professionally before and it really shows in the quality of the food. The staff were very warm and welcoming, too. Looking forward to coming...

Food was okay, we waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes and then the food came in about 15 minutes. Pork ramen was better than fish ramen.

The worst was, after waiting for so long, there was no お待たせしました (sorry for making you wait). They kept leaving the tables with the dirty dishes.

This was a day of fireworks in Atami, but they could have explained a reason why it was so slow, which they never did. Just do yourself a...

They were out of pork ramen when we went. The fish ramen broth and noodles were very good but the pink fish cake was a bit flavorless which meant the overall dish didn’t blow our socks off since those were the only ingredients. The assortment of fried fish was great and all of the sauces were so fun! For English speakers they have you order on an iPad.

Went in line at 6 pm. Ordered at 6:30 and finally got my food at 7:15 pm - at least before the hanabi festival! Food quality was OK, but the set portion was pretty big. I was starving so I went for the premium set which was 3000 yuen but it came with three bowls of rice. This was too overwhelming and seemed like not a good choice.

If you want to eat fish and you can't eat raw, you can come to this shop. This shop specialises in the Kinmedai fish which are caught in Shimoda, close to Atami. We ordered fried rice and a set which tasted good and reasonably priced
