Atami Pudding Cafe 2nd — Restaurant in Atami

So I’ve just recently been into the whole Japanese pudding (プリン🍮) thing and I must say that I’m enjoying it. Then I heard about this place so knew I wanted to try it. There are several versions of Japanese pudding, and this was on is considered rare, as they baked pudding has a bit different texture. But don’t let that fool you, as the pudding is so delicious. I tried that matcha flavor which was nice, but I’d recommend the caramel option. They give you some sauce to put on top and it just adds so much flavor it’s hard to pass up. I went to the first location and the line was long. This location is about a 10 minute walk and had 0 line. It had an inside with a place to sit. I liked this location way more. It’s decorated very nicely inside and is very trendy. They have english and japanese menus.

It is CASH only I believe.

The pudding itself was rich in texture and flavor. I got the strawberry one and wanted more! It comes in a glass bottle you can take with you. It came to ¥420 which was a very good deal

【以「澡堂」作為主題、熱海必吃布丁】

熱海プリンカフェ 2nd 是熱海必吃布丁的二號店。 二號店是以「澡堂」作為主題，門面看起來復古又可愛。 只是門口已經很好打卡，門簾上手繪風的牛奶樽便是超有人氣的「熱海布丁」。另外也有在賣印有吉祥物河馬的精品，都展示在澡堂鞋櫃為概念設計成的桌子上。

雖然這間是叫咖啡館，但實際上並沒有提供桌子。 而是直接坐在用瓷磚砌成的浴缸裡，讓客人們像洗澡一樣享用布丁。當然也有座墊給大家坐起來時舒服一點。 牆上亦有畫上可愛塗鴉，令用餐空間更名副其實的變成「澡堂」。

雖然一號店近JR熱海駅，但有一些布丁口味、特別飲品是二號店才有。所以時間許可的話，就過來熱海プリンカフェ 2nd。 布丁口味真的很多，今次只試到3款，有機會一定要再來吃其他口味。店員會將布丁放在木製浴桶送上來，這也太可愛了吧！

熱海富士プリン (JPY 450) 這個是數量限定。 其實就是 熱海プリン 特製カラメルシロップ付 (JPY 400) 用上特別的包裝設計。包裝紙使用了熱海市花「梅」和「富士山」來表現出熱海富士。質地柔滑的布丁滿有蛋香，甜味搭配上醇厚且帶苦味的焦糖更加滋味。 而且焦糖是放在河馬造型的樽仔內，可按自己的口味添加。

チョコミントプリン (JPY 450) 朱古力薄荷這個口味很適合夏天吃。+ JPY 50 "スーパースースーソース" 多了個薄荷醬。 雙重的薄荷十分清爽，還有淡淡的朱古力味道，契合度非常高。

最後還買了 風呂上りの牛乳三兄弟 (JPY 500)...
