I tried the cold reimen and it was okay compared to another place I tried. It wasn’t the worst. I also ordered ramen but it was bad. No flavor just salted water and noodles. Other shops are better for ramen so maybe just order reimen and be on the safe side but overall not a good place for those looking for good food

great cold noodle, I like it cold and chewy. (¥700, May 2024) the first one from the menu. it is similar like the other shop Rokukei but this one has more ingredients, I really like the presentation where half is sesame and another half is spring onion. Enjoy and go early to prevent queue up.

#八百屋んおいさんのランチ 湯の町別府へ配達がある水曜日ランチ♪ 毎週水曜日は別府に配達の日とあって別府グルメが楽しめるから 八『さて今日は何を食べようかなぁ♪』 といつもワクワクしながら仕事しよるモチベーションになっちょります笑→(ちゃんと仕事はやりよります真面目に笑) しかし今日は押しも押してぇの15:00代突入！！ 別府は軒並み14:00代でランチ営業を終えてしまうのでランチ難民確定となるなぁと思いながらしょげちょんと 八『あっあっこが開いちょるやーん♪』 とやっち来たのは別府冷麺発祥の店の流れを汲む老舗行列の出来るラーメン屋さん？冷麺屋さんである 【ラーメン亭　一番】さんへ 運良くお店の前の駐車場も開いちょいてドリフトで停車しようとしちブロックにぶつけそうになりながら流行る気持ちを抑えち暖簾をくぐるぅ♪ 間も無く閉店16:00じゃけど店内はまだ8割お客さんがおる人気っぷりは流石の人気店♪ この日は海外ん家族連れに隣のカップルは広島から来ちょんち(カープファンの店主と話してたから聞こえた笑) お願いしたのはもちろん 八『すいませーん冷麺大盛りでぇー♪』 店主『はぁーい冷麺大盛り一丁ぅ♪』 と威勢のいい掛け声は気持ちがいいねー♪ 注文を受けてから麺を兼ねはじめち製麺機でウィーンと製麺♪ 奥さんと長年培ったテンポの良い盛り付け作業を経て八百屋んおいさんの別府冷麺が出来上がったでぇ♪ 牛骨と昆布などの乾物のさっぱりキレのよい二日酔いの時にもこんな猛暑日でも飲み干せる絶品スープ♪ もっちもち蕎麦粉入り丸麺♪ たっぷりシャキシャキ小葱にゆで卵に牛ちゃんチャーシューに酸のあるすいーキムチ♪ 八百屋んおいさんのホームである大分市は都町店さんとは暖簾分けなんだそう(カリスマ麺賢人夏木さん調べ笑　@harukien1 )あざっす♪ 大盛りはかなりのボリューム！！ ながらついつい ぐびっぐびっぐびっと スープ完飲完食ごちそうさまでしたぁーしんけん旨かったでーす♪

The Beppu cold noodle and Ichiban noodle were very good. Price was very competitive comparing to others. If you would like to try its noodle make sure you get there before it close because this restaurant does not work long hours.

Raemen(cold noodle) is very well done. Very refreshing. Noodle is fresh and chewy, one of the best noodle texture indeed. Soup is similar to Sarusoba. If i go back to Beppu again I will eat here again maybe other menu.

Best Cold Noodle Beppu has to offer. The noodle was made upon order using a pressing machine. Really love the chewy texture with rich cold beef broth and refreshing twist with cabbage kimchi and brisket slices.
