Pili Kai — Restaurant in Chatan

Stopped in after surfing on the Seawall. Perfect light fare that will satisfy any hungry customer. The staff was friendly and welcoming and it had that feeling like I was visiting friends.

Cafe was modern and had that beach cottage feel. Opted for the garlic teriyaki sandwich and it didn’t disappoint. Also got a banana milkshake for the road and I would recommend if you’re looking for a treat while strolling along the Seawall or on the way from or going to home. They also have an avocado shake and mocha shake which I will be trying next time.

There is indoor and outdoor seating and the outdoor seating is pet friendly. They will even bring a bowl for your furry friend.

The food is good is just that we’ve been waiting for the waiter to serve us our sauce but she keeps forgetting until we already finish eating. The waitress or cashier just keeps flirting with other customers or male staff.

Food it’s good but the customer service. We’re not happy about it. I hope moving forward they will make sure the customers is all set what they ordered before they flirt with each other. Need to be more professional. Work is work and just flirt later when you’re not working.

Its a cute spot to go visit. I got the unicorn Sundae. I just wish the ears were formed properly for the photos... It tasted good. Would recommend. It just wasn't a very solid 4 star item.
