秩父駅に隣接する商業施設内にあるフードコートです。秩父の定番グルメである『わらじカツ丼』、『炙り豚味噌丼』をはじめ、ラーメンやそば、『みそぽてと』等のスイーツ、地ビール等が堪能できます。広めのフロアに充分な数の席があるため、秩父に訪れる観光客が大人数でも対応できると思います。 入口付近に設置されている券売機であらかじめ食券を購入する必要があります。食べたい料理を給仕するフードコート内のレストランを選択し、次いでそのレストラン内で給仕される料理を選択して支払いを行います。料理が出来上がると、発券されたチケットに書かれている番号がフードコート内の放送で呼ばれるか、もしくはモニターで表示されます。客は購入元のレストランの受け取りカウンターに行って料理を受け取り、自分で席に配膳し、食後は専用の返却用カウンターで食器を返却します。 券売機こそ英語などの多言語に対応していますが、それ以外のシステムはほぼ日本語のみで、しかも日本人でも（少なくとも何度も利用している人でなければ）分かりづらい仕組みになっています。まず、フードコート内の放送は日本語のみです。チケットに書かれた番号が表示されているモニターは広いフードコート内の数か所に留まっているため、場合により席ではなくそのモニター前で待機する必要があるかもしれません。フードコート内の各レストランの受け取りカウンター前には番号を表示するモニターが無いため、混乱する利用客も続出するでしょう。特に観光シーズンの休日等の混雑している状況の場合、フードコート内の放送は聞き取りづらく、自分の料理が本当に出来上がっているのか分からない、という自体が発生する可能性があります。 『わらじカツ丼』や『炙り豚味噌丼』を堪能できるレストランは西武秩父駅や秩父駅周辺にもありますが、決して数は多くはなく、しかも（特に昼食時間帯は）平日休日を問わず混雑しています。駅に近く秩父のグルメを手っ取り早く堪能できるフードコートとして最適ですが、システムにいくつかの難があることに注意が必要です。

Once your order is ready, the ticket number will be announced over the food court's speaker system or displayed on a monitor. Customers must then pick up their dishes at the counter of the respective restaurant, carry it to their table, and return used dishes to a designated return counter after eating. Although the vending machines support multiple languages, the rest of the system operates almost entirely in Japanese, which may be confusing even for locals unfamiliar with it. The announcements are only in Japanese, and the monitors displaying ticket numbers are limited to a few locations within the food court. This means that depending on your seating position, you may need to stand near a monitor to check your order status. Additionally, there are no number display monitors at the restaurant counters, which may lead to confusion among customers. During busy hours, such as weekends and peak tourist seasons, the announcements can be difficult to hear, making it unclear whether your dish is ready. Restaurants serving Waraji Katsudon and Aburi Buta Miso Don are available around Seibu-Chichibu and Chichibu stations, but they are not abundant and tend to be crowded, especially during lunch hours.
