利用日時　2023/11/03 17:45ごろ フードコートのご飯は、エリアの端に設置されてる券売機から購入して、あとはその番号が呼ばれるのを待つ形式。番号は、一品につき1つ番号が振られるので、ビール二つ買うと、ビールの食券が2枚でてきて、それぞれ番号が振られる。 が、いろいろ課題だと思われる点がある。 1)この施設の立地上、電車までの間に食べたいという前提だが、料理提供予定まで、どの店舗なら空いてるのか、待ちの組数の記載がどこにもない。 2) モニターが小さく、また設置されてる角度が一方向にしかないため、席に座ってても見えない。読み上げの音声も、4桁の受付番号のうち、頭の桁が全然聞こえない。 3)フードコートのHPか何かでそのあたりオンタイムで表示してくれたら、スマホから見れるが、そうではないため、モニターを見れる位置に人が立って忙しない。 ちなみに、調理中というモニターに表示されてから提供まで10〜13分でした。(モニター上、待ちのページ数が5ページまで溜まってる状態。フードコートも、空席テーブルが1,2あるかどうかくらいの状態です。) この状態で、わらじかつ頼みましたが、発券に並んで、料理提供まで20分くらいでした。 乗る電車が決まってる方、発券から食べ終わりまで最低30分は時間がある場合に利用するのが良いです。

西武秩父駅のフードコート内にあるラーメン屋。高級中華スープにネギと豚肉がどっさり入ったラーメンを1200円位で提供している。ネギ·豚肉·スープ、ここの素材は確かに良い！だが、バランスが最悪で、味噌の入ってない豚汁に麺を入れた…、という料理に仕上がっている。これに1200円は出せない！いっそ、秩父特産の味噌を投入して、豚汁ラーメンにした方が絶対人気が出ると思う。素材にせっかくこだわっているのに、とても残念なので、是非！検討して欲しい！

This window in the food court is the worst one. Very very slow. I waited for more than 25 minutes for a simple ramen. The ramen is not tasty at all....
