STRONGLY SUGGESTED
A really nice local place, when local people eat sushi. Sushi was great and incredibly affordable. They have basic sushi menu in english, but i think the best choice is to ask people there what they suggest if someone understand english.
The best thing of this place are locals, they're so kind and be sure if someone speak english you will have a great evening.
Sushi is made in front of you like irt should be and in traditional style.
The owners were extremely kind, thay don't speak english but do as much as they can to understand. Sake was great. I strongly suggest trying urchin sushi, but you'll need a translator or a internet photo to make them understand. Saké was great.
Only downsides: bathroom was basic and old (like a small gas station one) and you cannot pay with credit...

Walking 45 minutes to and from our villa to find this hidden gem in the residential part of town was worth every minute spent. This restaurant is the quintessential “mom and pop” and we couldn’t have come away any happier. Should you find yourself in Japan, take the journey out to Fujikawaguchiko to enjoy a simply delicious...

There is not much seating but we dropped in early on our walk around the neighborhood and made a dinner reservation for 6:30. The sushi is very good and you can choose between 3 set menus. The lady who greeted us is very friendly and speaks basic English. She gave our kids Japanese popcorn and origami paper when we were done with our dinner.
We highly recommend visiting this place when you are...
