A great small place run by the kindest Japanese oba-san. My friend is Japanese so there were no issues with communication, but for those who cannot speak Japanese there was an English menu provided. I expected a long wait since the restaurant is run by a single person, but we actually got our meal within 15 minutes of ordering. We got a very generous serving of hand-cut soba noodles. The broth was absolutely divine. There were yuzu peels in it which made the broth very refreshing. It was topped with wakame seaweed, Japanese green onions, and horse mackerel. We then got a very large serving of anmitsu. It had many different varieties of fruit that were so incredibly fresh. Beneath the fruit was ice cream, sweet red bean, mochi dumplings, and water jelly.
