Don't notify customers that the store closes at 5:00 p.m. If you close the store at 4:00 p.m., the customers who search through Google are not locals. It's a waste of time and a lot of feelings. Not impressed here at all.

When I first visited this wonderful store some years ago (happened to stumble upon it by chance on a wet, winters day in Kawaguchiko) the staff were very warm and welcoming and since having been back just this year, I'm pleased to say the hospitality and friendliness of the staff remains the same!

You'll find some very tasty soul food being served at Tsujiya and on a cold day after exploring the Lake and surrounding areas, there's nothing better.
