Very dissapointed! SO RACIST and RUDE, still cant believe that Japanese I know can be this rude!
2 years ago we went to kawaguchiko hotel konansou just beside this store. We were forgot that there were almost no restaurant open near the lake at night, and it's winter btw about 4degrees and I was in SICK CONDITION, fever and all. so our hope is just this lawson.
I found oden section near cashier and i took the oden that i wanted one by one. And suddenly an employee (a young thin japanese guy wearing glasses) harshly grabbed my clipper from my hand, yelled and pointed a sign. It's written "dont touch the oden". Yes i just realized i was wrong after i read it (after he pointed the sign), but then i have said sorry politely. And for information i didnt touch other odens just to play or anything. I ONLY PICK THE ODEN I WANTED TO BUY! He didnt even want to see me or say anything just yell, LIKE HE THOUGHT WE'RE FROM CHINA MAINLAND (we're chinese but not from china mainland bruhhh)
I AM 100% SURE HE ACTED RUDE TO US BECAUSE HE THOUGHT WE'RE CHINA MAINLAND TOURIST, i can tell you that. And why your employee can be that rude, Lawson? And racist? 2 years has passed and i still remember it clearly. Sorry not sorry, the worst lawson i've visited. Just this lawson...
Once again, RUDE & RACIST. please train...
Read moreLawson Kawaguchikohanten, located in Fujikawaguchiko, has become a surprising photo hotspot thanks to its iconic backdrop—Mount Fuji perfectly aligned behind the store. What makes it even more interesting is the zebra crossing placed right in front of the entrance, creating a unique setting that feels both everyday and extraordinary at the same time.
The combination of the convenience store, the crossing, and Mount Fuji towering behind makes it one of the most photographed Lawson stores in Japan. Many visitors stop by not just to grab a snack or drink, but also to snap that picture-perfect shot with the mountain in view.
Due to its popularity, local authorities have implemented measures like fencing and signage to manage foot traffic and ensure safety, especially with tourists frequently crossing the road to get their photos.
Whether you’re just picking up a bento or looking to catch a memorable photo, Lawson Kawaguchikohanten offers a fun and unexpected stop with one of the best views of Mount...
Read moreThe staff is rude. The staff inside is so rude with a disgusting face. Never has seen Lawson staff like this especially in Japan. She forgot to give me chopsticks but insisted that she has given me. ( at last, the other staff gives me the chopsticks because she just was looking at me with anger????) This staff is rude to everyone or just to foreigners? Today is 2019.04.21. I am wondering who is on duty this night. Worst...
