The receptionist is very welcoming but the staff/ waiters inside are lack of communication, I m not sure if it's because they don't speak English, even body languages or gestures are lacking. For example after placing the plates of meat, they explained NOTHING, such as what & how to use with the little piece of beef fat, how long to cook the meat, introducing sauce/special salt etc. very poor experience for this price!!!

My second visit here. The meat was very tasty but as expected for such a price. Sauce could have been better. Overall a nice place to bring business partners, family and friends. The service was top notch! private rooms available

美味しいと思います。思ったより内蔵系も美味しくてびっくりでした。ですが、ネギ塩牛タン・ハラミ(安いもの)はイマイチでした。ここはもう少し頑張って欲しいところです。接客は皆さんとても丁寧で(ちょっとバタバタして慌ただしくしてはいましたが)気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。若い方ばかりなのにすばらしいと思います。ひとつだけ気になったのが、トイレが引き戸だと分かりにくく、押したり引いたりしてしまいました。矢印← など、ドアに表示があれば親切ですねー。
