GRABS — Restaurant in Fujisawa

So, the quality of the food seemed pretty good. They have a pretty nice selection of cheeses to top your food with, and the environment is casual and friendly enough. English menus are also available for those who need it. But, my burger was much more a steak sandwich than anything else, maybe in disguise. I didn't really read the menu in detail, to be honest. But, it caught me off guard. The fries were a bit like home fries, not bad really, but a bit soft for me. But they were included in the price of the "burger", which I really appreciate. I had a bacon and cheese, topped with jalapenos, if I hadn't been in the know, I would not have been able to guess it had had bacon OR jalapenos. And, that is the real let down of my experience there.

I have a particular disdain for small breadboards used instead of a plate, but this is personal... If the food knocked me off my feet, I might not have even noticed, but, I guess it's popular or cool or...

I was hungry for a cheeseburger after a long day cycling to kamakura and back and found this place on google maps. I ordered the double cheeseburger and added jalapenos. The patties were a bit different from the patties im used to back in America. They had a bit of a meatloaf taste to them which isn't my preference but they were still good. The bun was amazing with a nice and crisp toast that kept the burger from falling apart and added some nice texture. Lettuce and tomato were fresh and the pickled jalapenos added some acidity and spiciness which I loved. It came with fries and they were good. 2050 yen...

GRABS 藤沢店に行ってきました。まず、店内の雰囲気が素晴らしく、アメリカンなダイナーの雰囲気が漂っていました。ウッディなインテリアと明るい色調の壁が心地よい空間を演出しており、まるでアメリカにいるかのような気分に浸れました。

今回注文したのは、ベーコンチーズバーガー。噛み応えのあるバンズとジューシーなパティが絶妙にマッチしており、特にベーコンのスモーキーな風味が全体の味を引き立てていました。チーズの溶け具合も完璧で、一口ごとに幸せを感じることができました。

サイドメニューのフライドポテトもカリカリとした食感が楽しめ、ハンバーガーとの相性は抜群でした。ドリンクの種類も豊富で、クラフトビールやソフトドリンクも充実しており、どれを選んでもハンバーガーとのペアリングが楽しめるようになっています。

店員さんのサービスも非常にフレンドリーで、アットホームな雰囲気がさらに食事を楽しませてくれました。駅からのアクセスも良く、また訪れたくなるお店です。藤沢で本格的なハンバーガーを楽しみたい方には、ぜひ一度訪れてみてほしいお店です。

I visited GRABS in Fujisawa. The atmosphere was fantastic, giving off a true American diner vibe. The wooden interior and bright walls created a comfortable space, making me feel like I was in America.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. The chewy buns and juicy patty were a perfect match, especially with the smoky flavor of the bacon enhancing the overall taste. The melted cheese was just right, making each bite a delight.

The fries were crispy and paired well with the burger. They have a wide range of drinks, including craft beers and soft drinks, which complement the burgers perfectly.
