Came here for dinner on a Wednesday and it's probably the best meal I had in Japan. If you had to order one dish, it would be the Tuna Carppacio. A truly outstanding dish that I had to order it a second time. Also the Herbed Chicken off their daily specials menu was so juicy and tender. Pasta was pretty decent too. Price wise it is VERY reasonable for the high standard of food you're getting.
The cosy restaurant is run by a middle aged Japanese couple. There's a slight language barrier but nothing that google translate can't overcome. After the meal the guy came out to greet and talk to us for a short while :)

I am a serious amateur pizza maker and there are some things I expect - the crust should have a chew, yet dry/ crunchy bottom and the pie needs to be baked at a very high temperature. The pizza at Erbaccia delivered on ALL these things.
Tuna carpaccio was superb. So well balanced with flavor and texture.
Finally, thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp and asparagus pasta in tomato cream sauce.
We eat pescatarian and the restaurant was more than capable of catering for us. The chef came out to goodbye in English and all I could thank him with was “totemo oishii! Arigato gozaimuska”
