MOS BURGER Fujisan Station Shop — Restaurant in Fujiyoshida

I was very curious about MOS BURGER, but the visit was rather disappointing. The branch was small, there were two checkouts but no self-service, the menu was in Japanese but the staff showed us English. We ordered our food at the counter and went to sit down. We waited about 8-10 minutes for our takeaway.

The food itself was disappointing. I had the double beef burger - the meat was not tasty at all and the salad was not fresh. The fries were fresh and therefore not crispy and were soaked in oil. Mos food is what it is, satisfying on my opinion, and this is clearly not the reason why I am rating this place so badly. The male seller was awful, he literally yelled at me as I was unable to understand his question in Japanese (he speaks English, he just doesn't want to bother using it). When my friend who speaks some Japanese ordered his meal the dude rolled his eyes and sighed ...We wondered if he hated his job or was just plain racist. He totally ruined the whole experience. I guess if he hates customers that much he should find...

Food was ok. There were 10 of us and we ordered a lot of things. They DO NOT have ketchup. When we asked if they had it they just said NO. What kind of burger and fries place doesn't have ketchup? Second of all they had 2 high chairs for the kids and they were filthy and disgusting. I wish I had taken a picture but I used up over 10 wet ones and various alcohol wipes. I kept wiping and it kept making the wipes BLACK. They had crusted on dirt/food from who knows...
