Came in to the shop at 15:00 on a cold and wet day and was greeted warmly by the owner, a lovely gentleman who has a clear love for the Gipsy Kings. Despite lunch special period having passed, he explained the menu items and guided me to order the ramen and fried rice set. Fried rice was hot and delicious. Chashu was so flavorful. The warm ambience with upbeat flamenco music in the background was just what I needed after a long and damp day. Pleasantly surprised by the YAKIRAMEN and fried rice! So nice that we decided to order another fried rice takeaway for supper ❤️ The ramen broth was flavourful and light, the ramen noodles was just nice chewy! Will come again tomorrow!

Strongly recommend! The boss looks so relaxed and enjoys himself so much while cooking.

Update: Went again to have the Mabo Ramen, Extra egg fried rice and Hoikoro (Stir fried pork with cabbage). Had plum wine too! Will visit again when I return to Fukuoka! Super...

This is arguably one of the best if you refuse to accept it is the best Ramen in Fukuoka. The original menu 麻婆（ma-bo) ramen is the best ramen I have ever tasted in Kyushu, easily defeating other Ramen shop. Besides, the shop is cozy and warm, very generous staffs and the chef gives you an excellent smile all the time, he seems to enjoy seeing his customers having a good time. A must visit when...

The Mapo Ramen was bussin The best Mapo Ramen I’ve had after eating Through all the mapo ramens available in Korea. It’s not that spicy (not that important honestly) but the flavour is amazing and complements the texture of the noodles. I recommend eating it with draft beer. Will have to remember to eat with rice next time. The man who did the cooking seemed super nice too. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.
