According to a native Fukuokan(?), This place has a lot of history. This is the place for authentic Japanese mizutaki - chicken bone broth soup. There is a slight funky smell as you walk in, but it have learned that this is what deliciousness smells like. A special breed of chicken is used to make a bone broth which is cooked down for hours. If you like Japanese food, you should try this restaurant if you visit Fukuoka. The waitresses are very friendly and professional. Although we don’t speak Japanese and they only know little English, we can still have very good service. Thanks to Google...
