白金きんもち — Restaurant in Fukuoka

The best way to describe the flavors of the dishes is delicate and exquisite. Nothing is overpowering and the tastes are subtle yet very delicious. The grilled fish dishes and the deep fried Japanese Spanish mackerel are particularly worthy mentions. The Spanish mackerel was so crispy on the outside but juicy and moist on the inside. We spoke to the chef after the meal and he told us that he has spent a lot of time perfecting that dish, and it shows. The snow crab with boiled eggplant was also a stroke of genius. The eggplant was so tender and went so well with the crab.

I would particularly recommend this restaurant to fellow tourists. Unlike many Japanese restaurants that would rather serve local customers, the chef is eager to serve foreign customers. He has lived in Canada for a year and speaks very good English. So you can actually chat with him about the food and...

店主の地元・朝倉の食材を中心に、旬のものを使った創作和食が楽しめるお店。

どの料理もやさしくて滋味深く、食べ進めるほどに心が和らぐような、ほっとする美味しさ。 お通しとして提供される葛かけからすでに心を掴まれ、そこから先は何を食べても間違いないという安心感！ 素材の良さを活かし、丁寧に調理された一皿一皿は、盛り付けのセンスにも心惹かれます♪

アラカルトで好きなものを選ぶのも良し、おまかせコースで楽しむのも良し。 店主との会話を通して、苦手なものやアレルギーなどにも柔軟に対応してもらえるほか、料理は基本的に一人分ずつ個別に盛り付けられて提供されるのも嬉しいポイントです◎

薬院駅から徒歩10分ほど。カウンター席中心の静かな店内は、一人でもゆったり過ごせます。

普段の食事にはもちろん、特別な日にもおすすめしたい一軒です。

料理を2人分お皿に分けてくれるのありがたい。 どれもほんっとうに美味しくて ずっと美味しい美味しい言ってた♡幸せすぎた♡ お通しの葛かけからもう美味しいのよ。 お出汁がめちゃうま。

お魚やお肉、揚げ物、お野菜 色々楽しめます♪ 味付けや見た目やお皿などセンスが素敵〜。
