Went for lunch (thank you for having an English menu!) - and got a claypot (rice with oxtail!!!) lunch set, 200g beef tongue, 200g 友三角 (friendship triangle) and a beef katsu sando!
The beef tongue was fantastic - perfect bite, served with lemon for a bit of acidity.
The 友三角 doesn’t look rich, but it has layers of fat throughout with great mouth feel.
You get a little plate with condiments - wasabi, mustard, flaky salt and some kinda marinated garlic. The condiments are all excellent and go well with the meat.
