아리요시쇼텐! 호텔 근처라 들리게 됐는데, 현지인분들이 많이 보였어요. 가게에 처음 들어서시면 돈코츠향이 강하게 느껴지실 수 있어요. 만약 돼지잡내를 못 견딘다면, 분위기 적응에 조금 힘드실 수 있습니다. 물은 보리차로 셀프였고, 일본어를 하지 못해도 별도로 제공해주시는 QR코드를 통해, 모바일 환경에서 주문을 하실 수 있어요. 메뉴 선택부터 주문까지 휴대폰으로 가능했습니다. 주문은 하카타 담요면 + A세트로 튀김 2개가 제공되었고, 차슈멘을 함께 시켰어요. 가장 먼저 나온 튀김은 치킨 가라아게인데, 약간의 소금 밑간이 되어 있습니다. 바삭하고 닭고기가 촉촉해서 맛있었어요. 하카타 담요면은 고추장 제육 라면 같은 느낌이고, 위에 올라간 간이 된 달걀인 아지츠케타마고(味付け玉子), 청경채, 파채, 고기고명과의 조합이 좋았습니다. 차슈멘은 면과 돼지고기의 간이 다소 센 편이었는데, 돼지고기는 소금간이 많이 들어간 편이라 다소 짜게 느껴지실 수 있어요. 저는 하카타 담요면을 더 맛있게 먹었습니다:) 음식을 싱겁게 드시는 분이라면 전체적인 간이 많이 세다고 느껴지실 수 있고, 현지인들이 많기 때문에 현지의 맛을 느껴보고 싶으시다면 추천드립니다.

Ariyoshi Shoten! I happened to drop by since it was near my hotel, and I noticed that many locals were dining there. When you first enter the restaurant, you might be struck by the strong aroma of tonkotsu (pork bone broth). If you're sensitive to the smell of pork, it might take a moment to get used to the atmosphere.

Water is self-serve roasted barley tea, and even if you don’t speak Japanese, the staff provides a QR code so you can place your order easily via your smartphone. You can browse the menu and complete the entire ordering process on your phone.

I ordered the Hakata Danmyo Ramen with Set A, which came with two pieces of tempura. We also ordered the Chashumen.

The first dish to arrive was the chicken karaage. It was lightly seasoned with salt, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside — delicious.

The Hakata Danmyo Ramen reminded me of Korean spicy pork stir-fry (gochujang pork) in ramen form. It came with ajitsuke tamago (seasoned soft-boiled egg), bok choy, shredded scallions, and pork toppings, which all paired well together.

The Chashumen had a stronger overall flavor — the noodles and pork were quite salty. The pork in particular was heavily seasoned with salt, which might be a bit too much if you prefer milder flavors.

Personally, I enjoyed the Hakata Danmyo Ramen more.

If you usually prefer lightly seasoned dishes, the food here might taste a bit too salty. But if you're looking to experience a true local flavor, especially in a place popular with locals, this spot is definitely...

以前から気になっていた福岡では珍しい「担々麺」専門店。 今では担々麺屋さんも増えてきましたが、昔から「博多担々麺」として知名度があるのはこちらのお店だけど記憶しています。 最近は、空港にもできて更に認知度もあがってきたようですね。

車を近くのパーキングに停めてとりあえずお店へ入店。

お店は2階もあり外に券売機があります。 周りはだいぶ近代的になっていますが二階建ての建物自体が年季が入っておりなんだかホッとする感じ。 昔からこちらで営業されてたという老舗感があります。

券売機の横に写真付きのメニューがあり 担々麺だけかと思っていたら豚骨ラーメン、野菜盛り味噌ラーメン、中華そば…とにかくメニューが多い事にビックリ‼️ 種類は8種類ほど。 夜は更におつまみメニューもされているようで美味しそうな餃子、豚足、イカゲソ唐揚げなどのおつまみがたくさん。

First stop as a tourist in Fukuoka. Really good Hakata Sesame Hot Noodle Ramen and Pork Bone Ramen. I also like how they have an English menu so we could read everything easily. There’s a self service tea station and the place is very clean.

Bob Marley was playing in the background, and the upstairs is more roomy than the downstairs. They also have indoor smoking which is a plus.
