Chichiru and Siciri — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Amazing food. Great service!! We were lucky enough to stumble across this amazing restaurant in Fukuoka in ropponmatsu whilst travelling around Japan. The food was simply amazing. I had the vegetarian opinion (5 * spicy) and it was one of the best I've had. Others ate chicken dish which were also amazing. Can't rate this restaurant highly enough. The owner even came to check how everything was. Reasonably priced as well (£8-9 for curry and naan or rice). Have been there twice in two days and will definitely go back...

Pessima esperienza... Su ogni fronte... Prima di tutto il cuoco millanta di essere stato uno chef in un albergo in Nepal, ora, o il livello degli alberghi nepalesi è estremamente basso, o questa persona non è chi dice di essere. Il pollo tandori è stato un incubo ad occhi aperti, secco e stoppaccioso, ho subito pensato che fosse stato scaldato al microonde, cosa di cui ho avuto riscontro mentre attendevo alla cassa di pagare il conto, un "cuoco" ha impunemente messo a scaldare il pollo prelevato da una ciotola di fianco al microonde e ha avviato, completamente noncurante che fossimo li davanti a lui. Anche il pollo dentro il mio curry sembrava provenire da una diversa era geologica tanto era secco ed evidentemente non fresco. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione gli onnipresenti cartelli che suggeriscono stili di vita sani con consigli degni dei migliori super guru ciarlatani: qui abbiamo una setta di gente che dice di ascoltare la voce della verdura... Ultima ciliegia sulla torta: arrivati alla cassa nessuno viene a farci pagare, e poco distante un signore Giapponese (che probabilmente è il proprietario) ci ignora completamente pensando al suo pasto, finchè uno dei "cuochi" lo risveglia dal suo torpore per riportarlo alla cruda realtà del servizio clienti. The food is good, tasty and yummy, however the chicken curry portion was too poor and I just got two very little pieces of chicken, overall the staff was very friendly and speedy service. The Nepalés tea was very poor quality and I couldn’t taste strong Nepalés flavour and strong aroma.
