At first, this restaurant seemed promising—the food was well-prepared, and the service was fine. However, there is one serious issue that cannot be ignored: the drink prices on the English menu are higher than those on the Japanese menu.

When we politely asked the owner about this, he first claimed that prices had increased. But when we pointed out that the Japanese menu had not changed, his attitude suddenly became aggressive. He dismissed our concern, saying, “It’s just 100 yen, why are you making such a fuss?”—as if we couldn’t afford it, rather than acknowledging the real issue of unfair pricing.

This is not about the money—it’s about honesty, fairness, and respect for customers. A proper business should not charge different prices based on language, nor should a restaurant owner treat guests with such condescension when they ask a simple question.

I hope this restaurant will correct its pricing policy in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend it to anyone who values transparency and integrity in business.

As a Canadian using my Canadian standard, I think this restaurant is worth the visit. It’s a very cute place that have about 10 seatings for tasting menu only. Seems run by 3 staffs and u get to see the chef cooking your food!

They are very attentive to details and I do felt like I am being taking care of, eg. I ordered a non alcohol beer and they would fill my cup with half of the beer and then iced the remaining and then only refill my cup until i finished my original half!

Dishes very creative and yummy! Lots of ingredients were used per dish. The dishes in the set menu are all good but the oyster flan and the pork dish are the most memorable ones in this meal! For about 6600 yen is well worth it IMO. I wish I know Japanese more so I can talk to them more while I am eating at the same time! 😊

I hope they will continue to do well...

This is the best Omakase style set meal I've ever had! Every dish is a masterpiece that makes my taste buds dance. Each plate is beautifully curated and perfectly satisfies the palate.

While the portions may appear small, I can assure you they are more than enough to leave you feeling full and content.

The Chef is incredibly humble and efficient, delivering dishes with precision and care. The serving staff is equally impressive - attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist.

Though the restaurant is small, it has a cozy and inviting atmosphere. even the restroom exceeds expectations, offering a 5-Star experience with thoughtful touches like disposable toothbrush and toothpaste!

I will visit Hakata again because of this restaurant.

Thank you Chef and staff. Love from your...
