Crazy good vibes and ramen + chahan in front of your face in like 120 seconds. These dudes are crazy fast it's insane. Busy place late at night and good vibes. Broth is relatively thick and rich in appearance, but less so in taste and texture, which is pretty solid as I'm not as much of a fan of super rich/thick broth. Needles are good though the bari-kata was a little too soft. Overall 8.3/10. The chahan is pretty tops though. Can't get much better than this. Creamy and salty and loose.

We came in for some local hakata ramen and we were so pleased. The food was great and the welcome was very warm. Good drinks, good food. I'll be back the next time I'm around. They also spoke great English, which was so accommodating considering my poor Japanese - we ate and we very happy.

You can see they genuinely care about the taste of their broth and satisfaction of the customer and it shows! The broth tastes amazing. I was only in Fukuoka for 3 nights, but I could not resist coming back each evening. This vibe, taste and experience will stay with me for a long time!

We came in for some local hakata ramen and we were so pleased. The food was great and the welcome was very warm. Good drinks, good food. I'll be back the next time I'm around. They also spoke great English, which was so accommodating considering my poor Japanese - we ate and we very happy.

The main chef seems friendly enough but the short haired man with glasses is very rude. Openly mocked us for being foreigners when he thought we weren’t looking. There were also some flies near the food we noticed. Lastly we paid with cash, the cash box is located exactly where the ingredients are. When he went to pull our change, 5 or so yen notes fell ON TOP of the mushrooms and other ingredients. The man with the glasses continued on and just pulled the money off the ingredients and gave it to us. I’m not sick, but I will update this review if things don’t go well. Lastly, the ramen is fine. In fact, the ramen is so lackluster that if you compliment it, the man in the glasses will laugh...
