The Best Japanese Restaurant!!

I had an incredible experience at this Japanese restaurant in Fukuoka. During my week-long stay with my brother, my boyfriend introduced us to the place. The first dish, intestines, was incredibly delicious—something we don't have in California. We loved it so much that we went three times, and I wish we had gone even more. Highly recommended! Interestingly, my trips to Japan were centered around visiting my boyfriend and during cherry blossom season, this restaurant has become the main reason I want to go back!

Very fashionable and minimalistic style restaurant in hakozaki. Operated by a couple.

There are only 2 staff members so they could only accommodate a limited number of customers even if the seats are empty.

The food was properly prepared and organized. The staff was very polite and very precise. The food was worth the wait and the servings were HUGE.

You can order the set meals or the set meal for Yakiniku(grill).

I will try to come back again. Can't wait to try the other items...

娘おすすめの定食屋さんが本日？リニューアルオープンということで(たまたまですが)ワクワク気味で入店。

｢広くなった！｣と娘は言っていましたが、こじんまりとした店内。 テーブル席、カウンター席にも個々に換気扇が付いているせいか🤔冷房が効いておらず💦席に着いたときすでに暑かったです💦 QRコードがあり、読み込んでスマホで注文。支払いまでできます。 娘は唐揚げ定食￥920、私はホルモン味噌炒め定食￥990を注文。 平日の13時前に行った私たちはすんなり座れましたが、その後どんどんお客さんが来て、あっという間に待ちが6組ほど。 席は空いてるけど手が回ってない感じ。 そんな光景を眺めながら、来た来た来た来た🤭私のホルモン味噌炒め…！？違う…ホルモンじゃない。 お店の方に｢これ、ホルモンじゃないですよね？｣ 店員｢そうです、焼肉定食です｣ 私｢えっと、(スマホの注文画面を見せて)ホルモン味噌炒めを注文しました｣ 店員｢お待ちください｣ しばらくして、ここの奥様かな？が来て、なんでしょう？といった顔でこちらを見るので💦 私｢これは何ですか？｣ 店員｢焼肉定食です😊｣ 私｢そう、ですよね、私はホルモンを注文したんです💦｣ 店員｢あら💦どうしますか？(メニューを見て)金額は同じ…ちょっとお待ちくださいね｣ ？？？しばーーーらく待ちました。待ってる間に娘の唐揚げ定食到着。私の後ろの2人組のお客さんは、片方の人の注文分が出てこなかったようで、かなりご立腹。そんな中、カウンター席に通されたお客さんのうち一人は松葉杖。お冷がセルフなのはいいのですが💦狭い店内、立ったり座ったりは大変そうでした💦 娘と｢作り直してくれてるのかな？どうなのかな？｣って話してたら…来ました。ホルモン味噌炒め。焼肉炒め？のお皿は下げていただいて。 やっぱりホルモンおいしい！ 金額は同じってつぶやかれたけど、そう！だから焼肉定食は嫌だったんです💦小間切れ肉とホルモンじゃ全然違う！！！ 首をつたう汗を拭いながら💦おいしく頂きました！ 涼しくなって時間があるときにまた来ます😊

動線… お店の方は、待ちのお客さんを避けながら、厨房とホールを行き来しないといけない。さらには食べ終わって帰るお客さんも、QRコードの札をレジに持っていかないといけないシステムだから、みんながみんなの邪魔になる感じ...
