Not bad place, great view on floor 5 to the river and Fukuoka skyline. At least there they fan speak English and welcome foreigners. Food was good and drinks alright I can say. The less good point was the seating costs which ruins the experience and cost one star. The seating costs are not justified. Increase a bit the drink costs and food costs to absorb the seating costs. 1000 and 1500 JPY per 30 minutes is...
