With the increase in prices, number of customers are abysmal. The prices are now scaring people away. Pizza is now made up till 2.30pm which is good. keep this up.

I am a regular who eats here almost every week. Many reviewers said that the pizza refills (buffet) is slow. This is true. Also, i am utterly disappointed when they stop making pizza at around 1pm, long before 2.30pm (last order).

The most recent visits, the pizza maker was packing at around 12:40! The pizzas available were cold and unappetising. 1 time, the staff asked if I still want anything. I replied, pizza. But, was told that they couldnt. Of course couldnt! Your pizza maker packed everything 2hrs ago! so, dont ask! when i tell u what i want, u couldnt anyway!

Also, when vegetables and dishes run out, it is seldom replaced. Hello? Is this a buffet or what?

Pastas werent fresh. Refills were also slow.

The spread of dishes also reduced since 2022 winter. The salads and side dishes are sad-looking.

The service was much better in 2022summer. In 2023spring, the price increased like 15%. The cost performance is now quite bad.

I rather they make everything in small portions and refill constantly to ensure freshness. Also, never pack when its hours before...

Waiting for the food to be ready is way too long. People are waiting in line to get the food and they waiters are just chatting and flirting with each other. Not even refilling the drinks or food. There are more staffs than customers even so, the food isn’t...
