VIETNAM PALACE 船橋 — Restaurant in Funabashi

Delicious pho, highly recommend for anyone seeking warm and filling noodle soup. Our party got the shrimp summer rolls, bun thit nuong, bun bo hue, and beef pho. We also ordered a banh mi to go for a friend. At the time of this review, this restaurant is cash-only. Service and atmosphere was welcoming and soothing. We came in later in the evening but the owner and wait staff accommodated us. Our waitress was incredibly nice, and explained each dish and accompanying seasonings. There was no English menu, but we just google translated the menu and the owner also spoke some English with us. At the end, we were given a complimentary dessert - sweet potato, coconut milk, and sago. Very refreshing and a nice surprise to end our evening! We will definitely come back on a future...

I’m so glad I found this place! Although the sign outside says that it’s Vietnamese food that suits the Japanese palate, it’s anything but. It’s one of the few places I’ve been to that serve more of the uncommon Vietnamese dishes like nem chua and hot ga lon and they don’t skimp on fresh vegetables in their dishes. I ordered the bun tit nuong lunch set and it was topped with plenty of mint and cilantro (whereas most other Vietnamese restaurants would substitute with only lettuce or bean sprouts). The staff is also lovely and really attentive. Definitely stop by if you have the chance and craving more authentic...

Vừa vào chưa gọi món gì nv quán mang cho cái khăn ấm Bọn tôi gọi 1 món bánh xèo và 1 món vịt quay có bánh mì chấm kèm Vợ tôi nghén sợ không ăn được hết nhưng nào ngờ rất hợp với vợ tôi và chính tôi cũng cảm thấy rất rất ngon, vợ tôi ăn được nhiều, Lúc về tôi coa dặn với chị chủ quán là em ra lấy xe vợ em yếu người ( không nói vợ có bầu) xin cho vợ em ngồi đây xíu lúc em đến em điện thì bạn ấy mới được xuống, nào ngờ lúc tôi đi lấy xe chị chủ quán hỏi thăm vợ tôi và biết là có bầu chị ấy đưa vợ tôi đến tận chỗ tôi đậu xe đợi và còn truyền lại kinh nghiệm và cho vợ tôi quà mang về.
