Delicious ramen that's probably the best in the area! Uses top local ingredients and fresh seafood, plus the noodles are handmade using local wheat. We tried the spicy crab ramen and iyomaru special plus octopus fried rice. The noodles have a nice springy texture, the broth is super rich and especially fresh for the crab ramen. I highly recommend adding the local spring onion and house-made butter toppings as they elevate the broth to another level with aroma and deep flavour. I m glad I walked into this ramen shop! The ramen has so much depth to it! We ordered the Kami miso ramen and burnt miso ramen. The crab based miso broth is so flavoursome it literally feels like you are eating the whole crab. It has a nice balance of sweetness and saltiness. The handmade noodle was lovely and nicely chewy!! It was so much better than any of the famous ramen places we tried in hokkaido . Please help yourself and give this little shop a try! It will surprise you. The owner is very nice. Was feeling snacky so decided to pop into this small, unassuming ramen shop. Visited during the off-season so the place was empty. Proprietor was happy to accommodate even though I told him that my wife was full and I would be ordering just for myself (which I understand is a taboo in most Japanese establishments?)
