I was very disappointed with my experience at this Izakaya. Despite there being empty tables, we had to wait a long time to be seated. Once seated, we were informed that the last orders were at 9:00 PM, even though the sign outside stated 9:30 PM (and it was only 8:45 PM at the time).

Furthermore, while other customers were able to order via QR code, we were not given this option. We were essentially ignored for 10 minutes despite being told that last orders were imminent.

Half of the items we wanted to order were unavailable, and since it was almost 9:00 PM, we were unable to reorder. The food that we did receive was quite disappointing. The portions were small, and the flavor was bland. For four skewers, a salad, three pieces of sashimi, and two beers, we were charged over 6,000 yen, which is more than I paid for any other meal during my entire stay in Hakodate.

Overall, I felt that the service was poor, the food was overpriced and underwhelming, and the experience was quite stressful. I would not recommend this...

A great place to come for a quick bite alongside some drinks with your friends. Service can be slightly slow but the taste of food pairs well with the drinks.

Would highly recommend the yakitori as it has a good char and was seasoned well. Karaage was juicy and flavourful whilst not being too oily.

夫婦で19時頃に入店。 餃子定食(900円)２つと テイクアウトの焼き餃子(5個入り600円)を 注文しました。

待つこと25分。先にテイクアウトの餃子が きました。あれ？とは思いましたが さらに待つ事10分。もしやオーダーが 忘れられているかと思い、店員さんに 確認したところ、「確認します、少々お待ちください」から5分放置され やっと来た店員さんが言った言葉は 「直ぐお持ちします」の1点突破。 そこから7〜8分は待ち、やっと餃子定食が きました。

＊餃子　　　可もなく不可もなし。ベチャ。 ＊スープ　　可もなく不可もなし。ぬるめ。 ＊ザーサイ　可もなく不可もなし ＊サラダ　　特にレタスの切り方が雑すぎ。 ＊ご飯　　　いつ炊いた物なのか、大きな 団子状になっていて酷い。

確実にオーダーを忘れて、40分は待たせた 挙げ句、きちんとした説明、謝罪もなく たいして美味くもない餃子定食を悶々と食べながら、帰り際に責任者に一言物申してやろうとも思いましたが、直接言う価値もないかなと思いました。こちらに書き込む事により 更なる犠牲者を出さなことで、2,400円を 支払った意味を見いだすしかないのが 悲しすぎです。

もっと言えば、テイクアウトの餃子は 袋にも入れてもらえず、透明パックのまま 渡されました。帰り際に催促してもらいました。

隣に座っていたご夫婦は ビールとジンジャーエールと汁無し坦々麺を 注文していましたが、25分くらいたった頃 汁無し坦々麺だけがきて、飲み物が届いておらず催促してやっとビールがきてました。 その後、ジンジャーエールも催促されてから 出してました。

後ろの席に座っていた、中年のグループが 酒を飲み、結構な大声で会食していても 注意する事もなくコロナ禍でありながら 無法地帯でした。

新規オープンしたばかりで不慣れな事を 差し引いて考えても、酷い状況と思います。 まだオープン出来る体制が整っていないと 思われるし、この店舗の責任者に一番疑問を感じます。 もう二度と行く事は無いですし、当然 他人にもお薦めしません。 前に来店されていた方々の口コミをきちんと確認せずに、不用意に入店してしまった事が 悔やまれてなりません。 夫婦の貴重な時間とお金を返して欲しい気分全開です。
