I popped into this small ramen restaurant after using a hot spring at a nearby hotel. The speciality seemed to be the shio (salt) flavored ramen, and it was really delicious and refreshing. We also tried their wonton, which was not bad as well. Another item we tried was the salted squid appetizer dish, which is probably an acquired taste. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The staff was helpful...

What a wonderful ramen place. Hospitable proprietors, uber delicious ramen and Gupta. Well worth your tummy space and time. The kind lady proprietress even helped me order a taxi to get back to shin Aomori station...

今出張で昼、夜とラーメンを食べ歩いた中ではNO.1。 黒しおラーメンを食べたのですが、イカ墨を使用しているとのことで、かなり期待して注文したところ、着丼して驚愕。 スープの試飲１口目に微かに生臭い感じを喉の底に感じたのですが、決して嫌な生臭さではなく、食べ進めるうちにむしろ渾然一体となった滋養の深さにペロリと平らげました。 同時注文の唐揚も軽い感じの味付けで、ラーメンのお伴としては邪魔しない味なので非常に感心した次第です。 スープを飲み干したい気持ちを抑えるのに苦労しました。うましです。
