The most amazing Hokkaido style cheesecake, they call it "Cheese Omelette." They are so light and fluffy that you can eat a few of them without feeling the load. So it's very different from the rich and heavy NY style cheese cake. If you come to Hakodate, you must try at least one of these Cheese Omelette to be consider truly visited Hakodate. One of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever tried—fluffy, creamy, and perfectly cheesy. The texture is amazing, especially for a cheesecake fan like me. It’s reasonably priced and pairs wonderfully with an Iced Americano.

The café itself has ample seating, and the staff are warm, accommodating, and enthusiastic, even with tourists. The location is also a plus—you can easily explore the nearby shops and enjoy a nice stroll.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I’d definitely drop by again if I’m ever...

Tried snaffle’s here at the red brick warehouses. The mini cheese cakes were amazingly soft, puffy and tasty. It goes even better with the mini coffee that they provided as well. Funny thing was that to sit down, you would have to purchase extra items from the cafe menu itself as the mini cheese cakes are not from their cafe menu. From a business standpoint I understand but it’s a little weird as I’ve already purchased some of your food.
