ソラアンナ — Restaurant in Hakone

This place is incredible! Chef and his wife (I assume) lived in Italy 20 years ago. The food is very authentic and probably even better than many restaurants in Florence. The menu we had contains a lot of fish including a very tasty fish pasta. Whats even more impressive is their desert. The desert menu is original and special. I assume they made a lot of efforts to design it. We don’t see any cliche Tiramisu thing but more sweets adopted to Japanese ingredients and season. Something to notice is the chef has to make fresh food one dish after another. Please leave 1hr free time to fully enjoy the food! They also kindly help us charge our phone. Amazing multi-course dinner at Sora Anna! The value for the price was incredible — every course felt thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented.
