We celebrated the Father'sDay at Denenshi. From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere and friendly service made us feel right at home. The true star of the show was the food, prepared with love by the owner couple themselves.

The quality of the ingredients shone through. The fish dishes were bursting with freshness, perfectly complemented by the owner's creative use of flavorful mushrooms. As beef lovers, we found the beef dish really tender. The uni paste was a decadent touch that took the whole dish to another level...

Everything we tasted was exceptional, but the genuine care put into each dish, along with the attentive service, made this Father's Day celebration special. To top it all off, the owner surprised us with a delicious Father's Day cake, making the evening truly unforgettable.

6 others and myself dined here during our stay in Hakuba. Firstly, make sure you book taxi's in advance as, for large groups, they can be difficult to arrange without pre-bookings.
