Me and my partner were on a vacation in Hamamtsu, and we tried to find some tasty pancakes near the junction station (Hamamatsu station).

We found this amazing cafe with incredibly delicious and varied pancake options. Not only can you choose the type of flour your pancakes will be made with, you can also ask for customization. For example, I'm not a big fan of cocoa, but I am a fan of mascarpone. So I asked for tiramisu pancakes, but without cocoa, and instead add a scoop of ice cream. (1 photo) It was so delicious that I ate two servings 🤤 The staff was also very polite and sweet with us. We went there two days in a row until our vacation came to an end. Thank you very much!
